How to extract drivers from dell setup.exe

Problem One: I downloaded all the necessary drivers from the Dell site for my new computer and put them into a file Called Dell Drivers - they are all *exe files. So when I use Nlite and get to the part where I'm choosing the folder with the drivers in it, Nlite doesn't 'find' any drivers (because they are still in the *.exe files.  · All i can find are drivers from the Lenovo site and they are executable files. Now i'm trying to slipstream them into the bootable usb via Nlite. but www.doorway.ru-files arent recognised by the installer. it's a thinkcentre m82 and im installing win7 64 bit. Now the trouble I have is getting the driver files from www.doorway.ru file.  · Extract all Dell drivers for a specific OS and Server.
